Abstract:
To address the challenge of how the full life cycle of old residential community renovation affects its feasibility, this study uses the four main stages and sixteen key processes in project management as a framework to identify relevant issues during the renovation process. By analyzing the mechanism for generating evaluation indicators and applying the priority diagram method to determine indicator weights, a feasibility assessment model for old residential community renovation is developed. Practical case studies are utilized to collect relevant data for the evaluation indicators. By comparing the empirical data with the model's predictions, discrepancies between theory and reality can be identified, thereby verifying the practical applicability of the assessment model.
