电力时空大数据在城乡规划领域中的应用研究——以成都市为例

Application Research of Power Spatio-temporal Big Data in the Field of Urban and Rural Planning: A Case Study of Chengdu City

  • 摘要: 电力时空大数据具有时间信息、空间信息和电耗信息(专属信息),具备在城乡规划领域探究空间规律、科学引导规划方案的基础条件。相比手机信令、网络评论、街景图片等数据,“能直接表征城乡空间的电耗规模”是电力时空大数据的特征。本文以四川省成都市中心城区2021年和2022年电力时空大数据为例,研究其数据内容、面向城乡规划研究需求的标准化处理方法等,并探索了电力时空大数据在识别城乡空间能耗状态、使用效率、特定人群空间分布、特定产业空间分布、产业发展形势等方面的应用情况,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Power spatio-temporal big data encompasses temporal information, spatial information, and electricity consumption information (unique data). It offers fundamental conditions for exploring spatial patterns and scientifically guiding planning schemes in the realm of urban and rural planning. Compared with data sources like mobile phone signaling, online reviews, and street-view images, the distinctive feature of power spatio-temporal big data is its capacity to 'directly represent the scale of electricity consumption in urban and rural areas'. This paper takes the power spatio-temporal big data in the central urban area of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province in 2021 and 2022 as examples. It studies the data content and standardized processing methods customized to the research needs of urban and rural planning. Moreover, it explores the applications of this data in identifying the energy consumption status and utilization efficiency of urban and rural spaces, the spatial distribution of specific population groups and industries, as well as industrial development trends. It also serves as a reference for subsequent related research.
