Abstract: Rustic style and landscape is an important competitiveness of rural areas in Heilongjiang Province, but it has always faced problems such as insufficient attention and lack of technical means. This article takes 42 administrative villages or units at the same level in Heilongjiang Province as samples, and uses the grounded methodology to construct a cognitive model of rural style in Heilongjiang Province, which includes 18 main categories of style elements and feature information. Research is conducted on the cognitive characteristics and differences of rural style among experts, residents, and tourists with different interest orientations. The planning strategies for rural landscape in Heilongjiang Province are proposed from the perspectives of natural landscape, artificial landscape, and social landscape, providing a reference for rural revitalization in Heilongjiang Province.
