Spatial Expansion Suitability Evaluation and Spatial Conflicts Analysis of Villages and Towns in Hilly Regions: Taking Lukou District of Zhuzhou City as an Example

为了更好地推动城乡建设用地合理利用、优化国土空间和助力乡村振兴,文章以湖南省株洲市渌口区为例,从自然地理、社会人文两大要素构建指标体系,采用层次分析法和多因子加权评价模型,开展县域村镇空间扩展适宜性评价研究,并基于适宜性评价结果识别冲突空间,评估区域建设空间布局的合理性与可持续性。结果表明:渌口区村镇空间扩展适宜性差异显著,不同等级的空间集散特征差异较大;村镇空间扩展最适宜区、较适宜区、基本适宜区、较不适宜区和不适宜区面积分别为132.46km2、313.41km2、398.05km2、325.94km2和160.14km2;各镇空间扩展适宜性差异明显。冲突空间主要分布于北部城镇化发展区及东南部的生态环境脆弱区,空间冲突强度从南到北呈现出由低到高的变化趋势,各个镇冲突空间差异显著。
Abstract:In order to better promote the rational use of urban and rural construction land, optimize national land space and help rural revitalization, this article took Lukou District of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province as an example, an indicator system was established from two aspects as natural and human factors. The analytic hierarchy process and multi-factor weighted evaluation model were used to carry out the evaluation of the suitability of county level villages and towns based on suitability. And based on the suitability evaluation results, the conflict space was identified, and the rationality and sustainability of the regional construction space layout were evaluated. The results showed that the spatial expansion suitability of villages and towns in Lukou District were significantly different, and the spatial distribution characteristics of different levels were quite different. The areas of the most suitable, more suitable, basic suitable, less suitable and unsuitable for the spatial expansion of villages and towns in Lukou District were 132.46km2, 313.41 km2, 398.05 km2, 325.94 km2 and 160.14 km2. There were obvious differences in the suitability of spatial expansion of the towns in Lukou District. The conflict space was mainly distributed in the northern urbanization development and the ecological environment fragile area in the southeast, the intensity of the spatial conflict showed a trend from low to high from south to north, and the spatial differences of conflicts in each township were obvious.
