Abstract: At the initial stage of the construction of the territorial spatial planning system and in full awareness of the new requirements of territorial spatial planning at the township level under the new era of territorial spatial reform, this paper discusses the positioning and main contents of territorial spatial planning at the township level, points out the new main points of transformation in terms of the scope of control, work content and implementation methods, and combs the new path for the planning compilation. It explores the compilation path of township-level territorial spatial planning in the context of the compilation practice of ‘Chongqing Fengjie County Xinglong Township Territorial Spatial Plan (2020-2035)’, with a view to providing a certain technical paradigm for the compilation of a large number of township-level territorial spatial plans.
