Exploration and Practice of Street Cultivation Model in Chinese Western Small Cities: A Case Study of Dongxing Huanghuagang Road

摘要: 在新型城镇化的发展背景下，西部小城市应结合自身在经济发展、空间品质、管理方式上的挑战，从空间设计和实施路径两个维度，重新构建一套符合西部小城市发展特征的街道培育法则，从而将街道作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分。以此为基础，本文通过对广西壮族自治区东兴市黄花岗路街道改造项目进行实践研究，结合黄花岗路自身的发展目标和地域特色，从重点区域、街道功能和空间形态三个方面构建了黄花岗路街道培育法则的顶层设计方案，并从建设管理模式和成果编制形式两个方面，为黄花岗路在实施阶段制定了一套行之有效的培育行动计划。在项目施工完成后，通过对街道培育法则的实施成效进行调查，对比了培育法则与传统街道改造模式之间的不同之处，并针对施工时长和商铺指导两个方面的问题进一步分析街道培育法则的不足并提出改进方向。Abstract: Under the background of the development of new type of urbanization, the western small cities should combine itself in the mode of economic development, space, quality, management challenges, from two dimensions of space design and implementation, in order to build a set of street cultivation model suitable for western small cities' development characteristics, so as to make the streets as an important part of urban public space. On this basis, through the practical research of Huanghuagang Road reconstruction project in Dongxing City, combined with the development goals and regional characteristics of Huanghuagang Road, the top-level design scheme of Huanghuagang Road cultivation rules is constructed from three aspects of key areas, street functions and spatial form, and the implementation of Huanghuagang Road is carried out from two aspects of construction management mode and results compilation form a set of effective cultivation action plan has been formulated. After the completion of the project construction, through the investigation of the implementation effect of street cultivation rules, the differences between the cultivation rules and the traditional street reconstruction mode are compared, and the deficiencies and improvement direction of street cultivation rules are further proposed according to the construction time and shop guidance.
