In order to meet the requirements of territorial spacial planning in the new era, the shaping and control of the landscape should be transferred from the original planning of urban space scale to the planning of the whole territorial space, which means the planning should become "large scale, multiple elements, full coverage". This paper takes Bama County of Guangxi as an example to explore the methods of building the characteristic landscape of the county from a new perspective of territorial spacial planning. Starting from the characteristics and problems of the current situation, this paper breaks through the original scale range of built-up area and enters into the category of territorial space. It firstly proposes the overall landscape pattern, and then controls and creates the natural landscape and the urban built-up area from the perspective of the whole region, in order to reflect the development of territorial space governance under the development of the whole territorial space style of a new planning needs.
