Abstract:
Under the promotion of the enterprise run society model, farms have formed a unique economic and social form. At the same time, these special regions undertake agricultural strategic missions at different levels of national, provincial, and municipal levels. Given the strategic position of agriculture in this region, and the policy requirements for the integrated development of farms and territories, it is necessary to conduct research on the territorial spatial planning of the farms to achieve efficient and coordinated use of spatial resources. This article takes the farm areas in Jiangsu Province as the object, and in response to the development characteristics of the farm area and the challenges faced by spatial planning, under the premise of 'agriculture oriented and differential linkage', proposes considerations for the territorial spatial planning of the farm areas from five aspects of 'content system, overall planning mode, indicator transmission, service matching, and work mechanism'.
