Research on Climate Adaptability Design Strategy in Arid Area Based on Traditional Ecological Wisdom of Oasis Settlements: A Case Study of Southern Xinjiang

摘要: 新疆南部是我国典型的干旱区,研究该区域绿洲聚落的环境适应性与生态智慧对新疆社会经济发展与稳定具有不可估量的价值。本文对新疆南部地区绿洲聚落的环境适应性与生态智慧进行了调研、梳理与分析,罗列了该地区传统聚落的布局模式、聚落空间的建构技术,并总结了干旱区绿洲聚落生态适应性智慧、营建特征和空间形态特征。提出适应自然生态环境与时代需求、干旱区绿洲聚落营建中必不可少的防风阻沙和降温遮阴等气候适应性设计策略,以期为当代干旱区城镇的建设提供一定借鉴。Abstract: Southern Xinjiang is a typical arid region in China. It is of inestimable value to study the environmental adaptability and ecological wisdom of oasis settlements in this region for the social and economic development and stability of Xinjiang. In this paper, the environmental adaptability and ecological wisdom of oasis settlements in southern Xinjiang were investigated, sorted out and analyzed. In addition to this, the layout pattern of traditional settlements and the construction technology of settlement space were listed, and the ecological adaptability wisdom, construction characteristics and spatial morphology characteristics of oasis settlements in arid area were summarized. In order to adapt to the natural ecological environment and the needs of the times, the necessary climate adaptability design strategies such as wind and sand prevention, and cooling and shade are put forward in the construction of oasis settlements in arid areas, which can provide some inspiration and guidance for the construction of modern towns in arid areas.
