Research on the Shaping Method of Territorial Space Characteristic Charm Landscape Area from the Perspective of City Scale: Taking the Characteristic Development of Territorial Space in Yili Prefecture as an Example

摘要: 本文在国土空间特色发展的背景下，结合新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁州直地区特色发展实践，参考国内外对魅力城市、魅力景观区等研究成果，探寻国土空间特色魅力风貌区的塑造方法。基于特色资源价值的识别结果，划分区域内国土空间特色发展总体格局；立足于景观视觉敏感度、交通可达性和特色资源质量密度的研判，构建生态文旅特色空间价值评价体系，打造生态文旅特色魅力风貌空间。本文旨在实践州（市）域层面空间尺度的国土空间特色发展，探索采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法划分国土空间特色发展格局，尝试将生态文旅作为魅力风貌区的特色塑造重点，以期为其他同类地区提供借鉴。Abstract: In this paper, under the background of the development of territorial space characteristics, combined with the characteristics of the development practice of Yili Prefecture, referring to the research of charm city and charm landscape area at home and abroad, to explore the shaping method of charm style area of land space characteristics. Based on the identification results of the value of characteristic resources in Yili Prefecture, the overall pattern of the development of territorial spatial characteristics in the region is divided. Based on the research and judgment of landscape visual sensitivity, traffic accessibility and quality density of characteristic resources, the value evaluation system of ecological cultural tourism characteristic space is constructed to create the charm style space of ecological cultural tourism. This paper aims to practice the development of territorial spatial characteristics at the spatial scale of city and state, explore the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to divide the development pattern of territorial spatial characteristics, and try to take ecological cultural tourism as the focus of feature shaping of charming landscape areas.
