Abstract:
Rural labor transfer employment involves the rural family ethics and economic behavior two difficult to agree categories. Based on the triple value system of economic value, ethical value and social value contained in rural families, this paper constructs a logical framework of family adaptation for rural labor transfer employment, and analyzes the characteristics of family non-agricultural transfer employment in 7 sample villages in urban fringe from three dimensions: individual, family and space. The results show that under the trend of small and core rural households, the non-agricultural transfer employment becomes younger and younger, and has clear characteristics of age structure transition. Labor work with the nuclear family as the carrier is still the dominant transfer way. In the network pattern of urban and rural vocational and residential areas in urban fringe, a clear and close township vocational and residential living circle will be formed. From the perspective of family, 'individual-family', 'agriculture-non-agricultural' and 'commuting-leaving' are the internal logic of rural labor transfer employment diversification. The study of rural labor transfer employment incorporated into the family value system is helpful to provide useful reference for the formulation and precise policies of talent revitalization in the urban-rural integrated development.
