Abstract:
As the urbanization development enters the stage of improving the quality and efficiency, it is helpful to measure the coordination relationship of the urbanization subsystem of the important carrier metropolitan area to promote the high-quality development of the urbanization area. By measuring the population, economy and spatial urbanization levels of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area, this paper uses TOPSIS model of entropy weight and spatial coupling coordination degree model to analyze the evolution characteristics and influencing factors of coupling coordination degree of urbanization, and puts forward optimization countermeasures. The results show that: (1) The comprehensive urbanization level of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area presents a trend of fluctuating growth, but the subsystem level is different greatly. (2) The overall and pairwise coupling coordination degrees of 'population-economy-space' urbanization increased slowly, and the spatial correlation scope expanded, maintaining the circular spatial pattern with the central urban area as the core and radiating the development of surrounding districts and counties. (3) The coupling coordination degree of some districts and counties is high, but the subsystem lags behind, and the spatial urbanization lags behind obviously. (4) The urbanization development of metropolitan area is affected by economy and policies, so it is necessary to combine the supporting policies with its own conditions, give play to the radiating driving role of central urban area, promote the transformation of the driving force of urbanization development, build human-centered integration of metropolitan area, and realize the coordinated development of population, space and economic urbanization.
