基于FLUS的雅安多情景国土空间演变模拟与布局优化

Multi-scenario Spatial Evolution Simulation and Layout Optimization in Ya'an Based on FLUS Model

  • 摘要: 基于四川省雅安市国土空间规划背景和发展政策,本文利用改进的Markov模型和FLUS模型进行耦合,从数量规模和空间布局两个维度模拟了生态约束的历史发展情景、经济快速发展情景两种情景下的国土空间演变趋势,并预测了2035年雅安国土空间利用规模、空间布局。从规模上识别雅安各区为城镇扩张主导型—城镇产业协同主导型—村庄扩张主导型三类演变模式,空间上识别各区县整体集聚—组团分散的空间格局,并通过情景对比提出规模范围约束、布局冲突识别、空间格局引导等优化策略。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development policy and the demand of Ya'an territorial spatial planning, this paper uses the improved Markov model and FLUS model to simulate the quantity scale and spatial layout of the land use dynamic from two scenario. One considers the historical development trend under the environment constraint; another is the rapid economic development scenario. This paper predicts the scale and spatial layout of land use of Ya'an in 2035, and recognizes the change of Ya'an land use scale can be divided into three models:urban expansion oriented, urban-industrial oriented, village expansion oriented. From spatial layout prediction, this paper recognizes two models of agglomeration and decentralized group. Finally through comparing different scenario, it puts out the optimization strategies of scale controlling, conflict recognition, layout planning and guidance.
