Abstract:
With the innovation of mobile Internet technology, the interconnection and interaction of agricultural elements in urban and rural flow space has increasingly reduced the influence of geographical location disadvantage. The process of rural development from material space to non-material space has brought new ideas for rural planning. This paper analyzes three typical characteristics of traditional rural planning:(1) hierarchical structure system; (2) centralized land use layout; (3) agglomeration of economic industry. Combined with the background of the new era, this paper puts forward three changes of rural planning ideas:(1) flat network system; (2) land use layout of disaggregation logic; (3) regional connection supported by facilities. Finally, through the practice case of Luxunhu Village planning, this paper explores the spatial response of rural planning in village integration, industrial layout and facilities under the new era and new thinking.
