Abstract:
In order to explore the construction land supply performance and influencing factors of Zengcheng District, and then to optimize the construction land supply, and to ensure the sustained and rapid development of Zengcheng District's economy, this study established a construction land supply performance evaluation index system and used entropy TOPSIS to construct Zengcheng District from 2009 to 2019. The land use performance level is evaluated, and the influencing factors are analyzed through the obstacle degree model. The results showed that from 2009 to 2019, the construction land supply performance of Zengcheng District displayed an overall upward trend, but in most years it was still at an intermediate level. The lack of government regulation resulted in low performance of the land supply structure, which was the main reason affecting the improvement of construction land supply performance. The relatively low share of the secondary industry's GDP was also an important factor affecting the improvement of construction land supply performance. It is recommended that Zengcheng increase the intervention of the construction land supply structure and the development of the secondary industry to further improve the construction land supply performance and promote the economy of Zengcheng continued rapid development.
