Abstract: Rural is a comprehensive system including the characteristics of compositionality, dynamic development, and synergistic driving principles, which has many factors affecting its development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a reasonable evaluation system of rural development level to evaluate rural development level. The entropy value method is used to verify the effectiveness and the weight of influencing factors of rural development, calculating the evaluation value of rural development level. The results show that the three factors of rural attraction, rural urbanization level and location conditions have the highest weight value, affecting the degree of rural development. According to the actual situation, the rationality of the established evaluation system of rural development level is further verified. Then, the theory of 'three forces' of rural attraction, the succession law of urban-rural relationship and the evaluation index of location advantage are put forward, which provide scientific basis for the determination of rural development direction and the selection of paradigms, and provide new ideas for rural revitalization.
