Abstract: As a development mode of village relocation and consolidation in China, local relocation has carried out a lot of practice. However, with the deepening of village relocation and consolidation, its disadvantages have become increasingly prominent. The most fundamental reason is that the planning does not meet the actual needs of the villagers. Combined with the existing relocation practice of De'e Town, in Longlin Ethnic Autonomous County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this paper aims at the problems that the scale of centralized resettlement sites can not be determined and the location and layout of centralized resettlement sites are not reasonable in the process of village planning proposing planning strategies. First of all, from the current conditions of the settlements, through the analysis of the development potential of the village settlements, combined with the layout of the major strategic projects of the village, the types of the settlements are clear, and the scale of the centralized settlements is determined. Secondly, through the construction of the evaluation system of the influencing factors of the centralized resettlement site selection, the analysis of the centralized resettlement site selection is carried out to determine the best location of the centralized resettlement site. Finally, on the basis of determining the optimal scale and location of the centralized settlement, the planning and layout of the centralized settlement in De'e village is carried out. In order to achieve the unity of the planning and the actual needs of the villagers, the combination of relocation decision and planning layout, and further improve the implementability and landing of the planning.
