Abstract: Village planning is an important starting point for the country to implement the strategy of rural revitalization in the future. This article starts with the analysis of the transformation of the village planning method and technical system under the background of rural revitalization. Taking Jingmusi Village, Pucheng County, a typical village in the western agricultural hinterland, as the object, it explores the technical methods of village planning from four aspects. The first is the optimization of the spatial layout and boundary control of the village wide three-year development for green development and agricultural and rural modernization. The second is the allocation of public service facilities based on the rural life circle. The third is the rural industry plan that promotes the development and promotion of the main body. The fourth is the near-term construction plan of the village with the goal of basic cultivation. It is hoped that the above-mentioned method exploration in this article will provide a certain reference for the transformation and optimization of village planning methods in the western region.
