Abstract:
This paper fully identifies the behavior of villagers participating in the supervision of rural construction projects. Combined with the characteristics of rural construction projects, it establishes a clustering framework of ‘participation depth-participation breadth-participation validity-participation mode rationality’, and uses elbow method and K-Means clustering method to build a clustering model of participation supervision behavior mode. Taking Huatang Village in Nanjing City as an example, seven kinds of supervision behavior patterns are classified:complete, cooperative, inefficient, low order, controlled, symbolic and non-participatory. There are significant differences in different types of participation and supervision behavior patterns. Therefore, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies to improve the level of participation and supervision behavior, so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of rural construction projects.
