Abstract:
In view of the problem of mixed management modes in the rural complex construction projects of green and livable villages and towns, we draw the following conclusions through the analysis. First of all, as for the commonly used project management modes at home and abroad, we sifted according to three first-level models:the traditional project management mode, general contracting mode and public facilities and service-oriented private mode, and then get 13 secondary modes. Secondly, by using grounded theory, we established a project management model selection indicator system containing 6 primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators, then we constructed a project case database and set the entry standards, and used the indicator system for case feature characterization. Next, a ‘two-step’ project management mode selection model was proposed. The first step was to select the model based on the constructed case-based reasoning project management model, and use the nearest neighbor algorithm to select the similar source case with the largest threshold to determine the first-level management model. In the second step, an uncertain multi-attribute decision-making model was used to optimize the project's second-level management mode. Finally, in the case of an integrated rural project, we chose E+PC mode under EPC mode to verify the operability of the model.
