Abstract:
With the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, China's urban-rural relations and rural development have been in an important stage of transformation and reconstruction. Under the new guidelines and policies, the construction model and strategic planning of villages and towns need to keep pace with the times and adapt to the needs of urban and rural development under the new situation. Through field investigation of typical villages and towns, combined with literature and statistical data analysis, this paper attempts to comprehensively and objectively interpret the concept of green livable villages and towns in China. We attempt to predict the development trends of villages and towns in the future in space intensive, industrial transformation and innovation, human settlement environment governance, social service improvement, and digital construction, so as to provide support for clarifying the development path and construction strategy of green livable villages and towns.
