Abstract: In 2018, the Central Economic Work Conference made it clear that it is necessary to speed up the pace of 5G business and strengthen the new requirements of artificial intelligence, industrial Internet, IOT (Internet of things) and other new infrastructure construction. Nowadays, under the background of industry 4.0, a new round of technological revolution and industrial change such as artificial intelligence, big data and IOT are gathering strength, giving birth to a large number of new industries and new formats, including the field of land and space planning. The relationship between human and land is the basis of territorial spatial planning, and the digitization of human and land is the general direction of land and space informatization. Land and space informatization need data innovation and application, platform and system construction, digital simulation and other aspects. This paper discusses the general idea of land and space informatization, constructs the overall framework of land and space informatization based on digitalization, with people and land as the core, and discusses the technical connection between land and space informatization standard construction and multi-disciplinary fields.
