Abstract:
Rural social organization is the basic unit that leads rural development and the direct link that controls the flow of urban and rural resources. How to guide capital, capital and other urban elements to flow to the countryside more efficiently through social organizations has become an important direction of rural organization research in China. From the perspective of flow path and flow environment, this paper analyzes the inherent dilemma of resource flow to the countryside in China. In combination with the European LEADER projects' almost 30 years' experience of promoting urban and rural social network integration and activation area inner potential through establishing ‘Local Action Group’, it explores the contents that can be used for reference in terms of organizational structure characteristics, organizational functions under different governance modes and corresponding development strategies of rural organizations in China. Finally, research puts forward some suggestions for China's future rural organizational construction based on China's national conditions. This study provides an organizational reference for solving the one-way flow of urban and rural resources in China.
