Abstract:
The bottom line constraint and index control are the core issues in the field of territorial spatial planning. Scientifc and rigorous measurement of the village scale is the precondition for delimiting the boundary of rural construction land and the necessary premise for village planning. Under the hierarchal control system of territorial spatial planning, the bounded targets of core control are conducted through total control and layer decomposition, which this paper takes as the basic idea of predicting rural construction land scale. First of all, the total amount of rural construction land scale is controlled. Then, based on the development potential of the village, combined with the current construction land scale of the village, the function of the weighed distribution of rural construction land index is constructed, so that the total amount of rural construction land can be reasonably decomposed to each village. Under the territorial spatial planning system, this method can be used for reference and operability.
