Abstract: Comprehensive land consolidation is an important means to implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization and rural revitalization strategy. It is also a platform for the Ministry of Natural Resources to perform unified land and space use control and ecological protection and restoration duties. Based on the current situation and problems of traditional land consolidation, this paper systematically analyzes the implementation goals, contents, process, mode, and mechanism of social enterprises participating in the comprehensive land consolidation of the whole region, comprehensively discusses the implementation path of social enterprises participating in this work and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for implementation guarantee, hoping to provide social enterprises and related departments with ideas that can be used for reference, and to promote the high-quality development of comprehensive land consolidation, and achieve ‘green water and green mountains is the golden mountain and silver mountain’.
