Abstract: The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the rural revitalization strategy is an important step in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. Urbanrural integration should be pursued in order to realize overall rural revitalization. Under the guidance of this strategic planning, all regions should use towns and villages as the basic implementation unit to optimize the spatial pattern of production, living, and ecology, in order to gradually improve comprehensive land consolidation work path, and to improve the rural living environment. However, there are still problems in the villages, such as the scattered layout of villages and the difficulty of forming the benefits of industrial scale, causing the rural development lagging far behind the urban's. How to coordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas, truly to revitalize the countryside, and to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of urban and rural areas is an important contradiction that needs to be resolved. This paper takes the rural revitalization planning of Hekou Street in Dongying City as an example to study the optimization path of comprehensive land consolidation under the guidance of urban-rural integration. Based on the idea of the production-living-ecological space optimization, through rational adjustment of industrial structure, optimizing the spatial relationship between urban and rural areas, improving the urban and rural ecological environment, in order to realize the organic integration of urban areas and villages, and to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas. It is hoped to provide reference and reference for my country's future rural revitalization strategic planning and comprehensive land consolidation through exploring the optimization path of rural land in suburban areas.
