Abstract: When it comes to rural revitalization, it is the culture's revitalization in essence, which is necessary to dig out true culture deeply. The quest is to find the path, and the goal is to achieve the prosperity of culture and industry. For the purpose of deeply exploring and protecting the rural traditional culture's essence, and promoting the development of rural areas through cultural rejuvenation, Sandefan Village is taken as the research object in this paper, which is the well-known national traditional village located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It carries out the tracking and investigation from the aspects such as the village space environment, cultural life, humanistic environment, village customs and history, through the prosperity of cultural value chain and industrial development chain, which makes the exploration on the paths for rural revitalization led by culture in the new era from the reshaping of physical environment, the revitalization of cultural industry, and the inheritance of training to talents.
