Abstract:
The urban-rural dual structure has long existed in China. How to narrow the gap between urban and rural regional development and the gap between residents' living standards are always worthy of attention. The concept of urban-rural equivalence is a planning concept proposed by Germany in response to the uneven development in urban and rural areas, which not only helped Germany achieve the equivalence of the living standards between urban and rural residents, but also provided a reference for the rural planning in China. Jiangning District in Jiangsu Province Nanjing City is a pilot unit for the construction of China's rural governance system. The Changchong Village under its jurisdiction is still facing problems such as backward industrial development and hollowing out of rural population, even if it's under good location and natural conditions. Based on the analysis of the equivalence of urban concept and rural development, this article combines the actual problems and needs of rural development in China, discusses rural development strategies that aim to achieve the equivalent of the quality of life of urban and rural residents, finally puts forward specific planning suggestions using Changchong Village as an example.
