Abstract:
The revitalization of rural areas in poverty-stricken areas is a prominent problem, where the supply-demand relationship of rural public goods has a significant impact. Based on the construction project of poverty villages in Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province, this paper explores the rational allocation of rural public goods and its planning response. Based on 204 valid questionnaires from 17 poverty villages in Nanxiong City, from the perspective of satisfaction degree and demand degree, this paper uses the Lickert scale method and the weighted frequency method to realize the numerical results, then makes use of the cluster analysis method to analyze the results obtained in the previous step. After the cluster analysis, the result shows that 13 rural public goods are classified as a combination of six types of satisfaction and demand. At the same time, according to its combination characteristics, it is analyzed that between the top-down supply of public goods and farmers' demand for public goods, there are three types of conflicts, the discrete space causes the supply-demand conflict, demand conflict between different users and supply mechanism conflict. And further it puts forward the flexible supply of rural public goods to deal with the rural planning, and further expounds the order form, diversified operation mode and the later management method of increasing public participation and supervision.
