Abstract: In view of the lack of rural landscape evaluation from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation at the present stage, this paper based on the analytic hierarchy process, takes Shiliugou Village in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City as an example,and proposes an evaluation model of how to excavate and protect the rural landscape at a deeper level while giving consideration to poverty alleviation and development from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation. Through the interviews with field research experts in Shiliugou Village, Shentangguan Village, Xishaozhuang Village, Yingli Village, Xishaoguan Village and other villages in Pingshan County, this paper selects 15 indexes, such as local characteristic garden and water environment quality, from the aspects of cultural landscape, industry landscape and ecological landscape. It is concluded that the cultural landscape weight (0.462) is higher than the ecological landscape weight (0.285), and higher than the industrial landscape weight (0.253). Cultural landscape should be put in the first place in the landscape planning of poor villages.
