Abstract:
Since the construction of ecological civilization was brought into the overall layout of the five-inone, the eco-environment sensitive areas have been the focus on the game of control and development. Qingcheng Mountain is the core ecological barrier and precious species habitat in Sichuan Province. Besides the Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project, it is also the natural habitat of giant pandas. Faced with the strict demand of management and control, the area is the most popular golden tourist line in the region because of its rich natural and human tourism resources, carrying the demand of people-oriented tourism development. In order to develop the city, protect the national treasure and restore the ecology, driven by various demands, this paper takes the concept planning of 23 square kilometers around the Giant Panda Wildlife Center as an example, and explores a way of harmonious coexistence of human, nature and wildlife in ecologically sensitive areas.
