生态屏障区“人—野生动物—自然”和谐共生的特色发展之路——以都江堰青城山大熊猫野放中心及周边地区概念规划为例

Characteristic Development Way of Harmonious Symbiosis between Small Towns and Wildlife in Ecologically Sensitive Areas: A Case Study of Conceptual Planning of Giant Panda

  • 摘要: 自将生态文明建设纳入到五位一体的总体布局起,生态文明建设愈受重视,生态屏障区一直是管控和开发博弈的焦点。青城山是四川省最核心的生态屏障和珍稀物种栖息地,除包含都江堰水利工程外,还是大熊猫的自然栖息地。面对严格的管控需求,该片区由于丰富的自然和人文旅游资源,是区域内网红黄金游线,承载着以人为本的旅游开发需求。城市要发展、熊猫要野放、生态要保护,在多方诉求的驱使下,本文以大熊猫野放中心周边23平方公里区域的概念规划为例,探索了一条生态屏障区人、自然与野生动物和谐共生的特色发展之路。

     

    Abstract: Since the construction of ecological civilization was brought into the overall layout of the five-inone, the eco-environment sensitive areas have been the focus on the game of control and development. Qingcheng Mountain is the core ecological barrier and precious species habitat in Sichuan Province. Besides the Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project, it is also the natural habitat of giant pandas. Faced with the strict demand of management and control, the area is the most popular golden tourist line in the region because of its rich natural and human tourism resources, carrying the demand of people-oriented tourism development. In order to develop the city, protect the national treasure and restore the ecology, driven by various demands, this paper takes the concept planning of 23 square kilometers around the Giant Panda Wildlife Center as an example, and explores a way of harmonious coexistence of human, nature and wildlife in ecologically sensitive areas.
