Abstract:
With the continuous advancement of beautiful village construction, the leisure tourism-based rural construction model that incorporates the experience economic theory has become increasingly mature. Through grasping the needs of individualized experience of target tourists, it explores the natural texture and folk culture of the countryside, and designs an experience model with active participation, difference and challenge, which brings visitors a harvest experience and spiritual enjoyment also provides a new path for rural construction and revitalization. This paper takes She Village in Jiangning District, Nanjing City as an example. Through the analysis of the current situation and challenges of the village, the case study of the Japanese and Taiwanese villages, and multi-type experience mode, it proposes three major strategy which is "experience model planning, social organization reconstruction, and villager consciousness guidance", and takes an overview of the specific spatial location of the strategy. The research aims to use the multi-type experience as the development path, carry out the behavioral guidance of villagers, use policies and external capital to pre-cultivate the village's own vitality, continue the cultural basement, promote the village's differentiated sustainable development, and realize the rural "ecological environment, suitable industries, traditional culture, and modern life" in order to promote rural revitalization.
