Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, industrial prosperity is of great significance to the sustainable development of rural areas. Traditional villages are a special kind of village. Its core value lies in the cultural blood of traditional production and lifestyle, which is the "gene pool" of Chinese culture. At present, the endogenous development of traditional villages is weak, where the internal and external resources are not fully utilized, resulting in the outflow of talents, waste of resources, deterioration of the environment, and greater protection pressure. The revitalization in rural areas is inseparable from the support of the industry, and for the sustainable development of the industry, "resources are the foundation, talents are fundamental, and the market is the direction”. This paper explores the dynamic mechanism of endogenous development of rural industry from the perspective of resources, market and talents. Combined with the requirements of traditional village protection and utilization, this paper aims to promote the protection of rural culture by stimulating the inner development vitality of the village. Taking LongtanXiao Village in Tongling City, Anhui Province as an example, this paper explores the traditional village revival path from the excavation and utilization of production-living-ecological spaces resources, the reshaping of traditional village functional forms, the era guidance of village business model, and the co-construction and sharing of multi-service talents.
